RSDI — Rekart Automobile Skill Development Institute — was built on a single premise: that skilled automotive professionals are built in workshops, not classrooms. The institute operates inside and alongside Matrix Car Decor, a running automotive accessories and modification business that has served over 500 customers and completed projects for every major vehicle brand.
This means students don't train on simulators or obsolete equipment. They work on the same production floor, with the same tools, under the same standards as working professionals. Theory is taught to explain what students are already doing with their hands — not the other way around.
The result is a graduate who can walk into a workshop or start their own business from day one of finishing the course — not someone who still needs years of on-the-job experience before becoming useful.

RSDI is supported by Matrix Car Decor — an established automotive accessories and modification company with over 13 years of active industry operation. This isn't a name-only partnership: RSDI students train inside the same facility, use the same equipment, and (for those above 18) work alongside the same production team.
This means the training is grounded in what the industry actually needs right now — not a curriculum designed ten years ago and never updated. When production standards change, training changes with them.
Five-Year Growth Plan
